What to do if you wish to withdraw your data from Mandy.com following changes to their terms & conditions. Mandy have re-issued further revised terms that largely scale back on the original proposal.
We have received a number of reports about the recently published changes the Mandy Group of companies have made to their Term and Conditions.
We are aware of the specific clauses they were seeking to apply to uploaded content and the platform’s wish to have unrestricted use of any material submitted. This is obviously unacceptable to our membership.
Equity has learned that after publishing these revised terms and conditions on Friday 17 May 2024, Mandy.com has withdrawn them. They have re-issued further revised terms that largely scale back the original proposal.
Mandy have been in touch with Equity to explain that these changes were not intended to create difficulties or concern for our members and they have redrafted the relevant terms.
