What to do if you have a grievance or disciplinary
Sometimes you may have an issue at work that needs to be fixed through a formal process. A disciplinary procedure is used by an employer to address an employee's conduct or performance. A grievance procedure is used to deal with a problem or complaint that an employee raises.
If you have a formal complaint at work you have raised, or would like to raise, speak to your Equity Official and we can support you through the process.
